LATE POLICY
To ensure we give the best experience possible we kindly request that you arrive five minutes prior to your scheduled time. Late arrivals may not be able to be accommodated.
CANCELLATION POLICY
To protect the livelihood of our service providers, we kindly request 24 hours notice for any appointment changes or cancellations. Guests who no show and do not contact the salon 24 hours prior may be charged for 100% of their booked service.
