Thank you for considering Butter Beauty Parlour for your group event (4+ guests). In order to ensure all your needs are met, please read the following booking information as well as our terms and conditions. Should you wish to move forward with a group booking, please submit our online booking form and our group coordinator will confirm availability, services selected and location.

Please allow up to 72 hours for a response as we are working hard to ensure our stylists and makeup artists are available for you.

Travel Fee (for on-location services): $100+ per service provider - price may vary depending on distance outside of the city.

Beverage Service: We are a licensed establishment and our regular drink/food menu is available should you or your guests be interested. Guests are welcome to bring snacks/food by request, but cannot bring their own liquor.

Retail Discount: Guests are eligible to save 15% on retail product purchases at the time of your group visit.

Group pricing reflects the additional time booked to ensure your group has the best experience possible.

Please note: Hair services are available exclusively at Butter Mission. Additional charges may be applied if anyone chooses to upgrade their services during the appointment (eg. hot tool styling, gel polish upgrade, nail art).

TERMS & CONDITIONS

An automatic 18% gratuity will be applied to all services within your group booking.

A valid credit card number is required to confirm bookings.

Full names, accurate phone numbers, and all requested services for each member of the group are required in order to complete the reservation. Butter must be notified of any changes or cancellations to the booking at least 72 hours in advance or the services will still be charged in full.

Each member of the party is requested to arrive 15 minutes prior to the start time of the booking. We cannot guarantee complete appointments for those who are late. Services will begin on time, regardless of all members being present.

Please note: The final amount owing will be charged to this card once all services have been completed. We are unable to accommodate separate bills for group bookings.
